Brad Fleischer, Principal & Co-Founder
Brad Fleischer is an Actor, Director and Producer with over 20 years' experience in Theater, Film and TV. He has been an acting teacher and set coach for the past 15 years. He starred on Broadway with Robin Williams in Bengal Tiger at the Baghdad Zoo as well as acting in Coram Boy, Golden Boy and Streamers. Brad's TV and film credits include: The Walking Dead, The Equalizer, The Good Shepherd, Prison Break, Blue Bloods, The Unit, Law and Order, and Jericho. Brad was an associate producer on the film Small Engine Repair, starring Jon Bernthal and Shea Wigham. Brad is also the owner and co-producer of Ghost Light Productions. Brad is a member of the Rogue Machine Theater Company, a graduate of Hamilton College, and received an M.F.A. in Acting from the University of California San Diego.
Rajiv Joseph, Partner & Co-Founder
Rajiv’s play Bengal Tiger at the Baghdad Zoo starring Robin Williams was a 2010 Pulitzer Prize finalist for Drama and also awarded a grant for Outstanding New American Play by the NEA. He has twice won the Obie Award for Best New American Play, first in 2016 for Guards at the Taj (also a 2016 Lortel Winner for Best Play) and then, in 2018, for Describe the Night. In television, Rajiv wrote for seasons 4 and 5 of the Showtime series Nurse Jackie. He is a writer on the upcoming Apple TV series Little America and is currently developing a television series for Apple TV based on the early life of Mahatma Gandhi. In film, Rajiv has co- written with Scott Rothman the films Draft Day (starring Kevin Costner and Jennifer Garner; directed by Ivan Reitman), which topped the Black List in 2012. Rajiv and Scott also wrote Army of One (starring Nicolas Cage; directed by Larry Charles) as well as several studio rewrites. Rajiv is a company member of the Steppenwolf Theatre in Chicago and he served for three years in the Peace Corps in Senegal, West Africa.
Nat Arata, Partner & Co-Founder
Nat is a career fundraiser with over twenty years of experience raising significant resources for internationally renowned programs, exhibits and commemorations. Nat graduated from the University of Chicago with a MA in Humanities which incorporated a rigorous and wide-ranging study of film as part of the Masters program. As a fundraiser, Nat has excelled at identifying core themes and needs within a certain project, exhibition, or initiative. He has enjoyed working directly with hundreds of volunteers and advocates to create interest in history and the performing arts. Throughout, he has learned and cultivated the unique skills needed to guide numerous groups in support of many important educational and inspiring opportunities.
Josh Stamberg, Partner
Josh Stamberg works steadily in television, film, and theatre. He can currently be seen opposite Claire Danes in the FX limited series Fleishman Is In Trouble. He also recently appeared in the HBO series The Time Traveler’s Wife, as well as the Marvel/Disney+ series Wandavision opposite Elizabeth Olsen. Other recent credits include the Showtime Roger Ailes series The Loudest Voice, The Affair, Nashville, Parenthood, and Distracted, a play in which he starred opposite Cynthia Nixon at Roundabout Theatre Company. Earlier this year he also starred in Exclusion at Arena Stage, directed by Trip Cullman. Stamberg works frequently with LA Theaterworks and the Ojai Playwrights Conference. He lives in Los Angeles.
